Usage Rights — What You Can Do
MaxX Capitals grants you a non-exclusive, irrevocable, worldwide license to download, copy, modify, distribute, display and use our images free of charge. The license covers both commercial and non-commercial purposes.
Permitted Uses
- Editorial and blog content: use property photographs and floor plans in blog posts, articles and market commentary about Karachi real estate
- Marketing and social media: include our images in social media posts, newsletters, digital advertisements and promotional materials related to real estate
- Presentations and reports: use visuals in investor decks, market research reports, academic papers and industry presentations

What Is Not Permitted
The license does not cover the following uses. These restrictions protect the integrity of our brand and the work of our photographers and content team.
- Reselling unmodified images: you cannot sell, sublicense or distribute our images as standalone stock photography without significant creative modification
- Competing service replication: compiling images from MaxX Capitals to build a similar or competing real estate image library or visual content service is not allowed
- Misleading representation: do not use our images in a way that implies MaxX Capitals endorses a product, service or viewpoint, or that suggests a property is available when it is no longer on the market
- Defamatory or illegal use: images must not be used in defamatory, obscene, illegal or otherwise offensive contexts
- Removal of watermarks or credits: if an image carries a photographer credit, watermark or copyright notice, do not remove or alter it
How to Give Attribution
Attribution is not mandatory, but it helps our photographers gain exposure and supports continued investment in high-quality real estate visual content. When you use our images, we appreciate a credit line in one of these formats:

Pakistan’s real estate market does not yet have a standardized image licensing framework. Most property portals, agencies and developers operate under informal arrangements where images are shared freely or used without clear permission. This creates problems: photographers receive no credit, agencies lose control of their brand, and buyers see outdated or misleading visuals.
